My Favorite Benefit at McDonald’s is the Archways College Scholarship Program. It has allowed me to finish my college degree, and I have also received MANY of my college credits from all of the McDonald’s classes and training I have received over the years. I’m working towards my Bachelor’s in Health Science Technology but would also be very happy with a career at McDonald’s.

What I’ve Learned at McDonald’s. McDonald’s has become part of my family — all four of my older brothers worked there before me, I lived five minutes away so it was close to my house. As a freshly graduated homeschooler just starting college, it was really nice to get the college tuition assistance that basically pays for my tuition at our community college. Plus, the flexible hours allows me to still have time with my friends and family.
